Character Counts RESPECT!

Hello, LPA Families!

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Fall Break! I just wanted to remind you all that Friday, October 23rd, we will be celebrating our character trait of the month which is RESPECT.  Students will be allowed to dress down in our RESPECT color which is yellow. Also, we will be holding our eegees and nachos fundraiser after school.  Proceeds go towards buying our ACT prizes for our next assembly.

Thank you so much for your support and all you do!

Online Resources/Educational Fun

Hi families,

I hope you all had a fun and relaxing Labor Day break.  I know I did. :)

So tonight, I was sitting with my two boys and helping them with their homework. Sometimes this feels like such a chore.  They've had a long day at school (and I have too), and it can be difficult to get them to want to do their work.  I figured that many of you and your kids feel the same way we do, so I wanted to share a few websites with you as well as an article for parents.  I hope you enjoy these sites as much as we do!
